Please note unless we receive a proper summary we will not reply as we receive projects daily with just two lines of information and this is unacceptable, so please send as much information as possible if you want your project to be considered for finance. If we receive a positive response we advise you the client accordingly and request a copy of the Project plan and all supporting information including financial accounts/projections, photographs, lay-out-drawings, business/property valuations etc. for analysis. . Please note we only wish to deal with principles, no broker chains accepted. . Criteria needed for acceptance in the way of security is.
